COPRA Cleaning - Surface activation without damaging
Plasma cleaning methods can be used in order to clean the surface of structures without the use of highly toxic cleaning reagents. Typical plasma cleaning processes involve the use of argon, oxygen, nitrogen and hydrogen, none of which are environmentally harmful. CCR TECHNOLOGY's plasma beam source provides a particularly useful tool for the plasma cleaning of surfaces.Due to the low ion energy levels of the COPRA Plasma Source an efficient cleaning and activation of surfaces on glasses or polycarbonate "PC" is possible with treatment times on the scale of seconds. The low ion energy further more ensures that the treatment does not cause any damage due to heat excess.
